Karate |

Arnis is a Filipino martial art that teaches students to use and defend against sticks and knives. Students learn to use the stick first, which can later be adapted to anything at hand – a newspaper, a pen, a purse, or the empty hand. |

This class covers several elements of the sword as a martial art. Drawing on iaido, medieval sword fighting, and Renaissance fencing, the course alternates between Eastern and Western arts. |
